Verification & Onboarding Process

A Minimum of 2 years of experience in the service categories offered is preferred.

Independent Consultants
CV/Resume Check: We assess candidates based on their employment history, experience, and track record. (Resume, Degree, Certifications, 3 Referrals – (similar work performed), Years of Experience, Past Performance Reference/business).
Identity Check: All Independent PSPs are required to provide us with a W9, which is kept on file and requires renewal each year you are active on the GovPros platform.
Ongoing Evaluation: PSPs are required to maintain a 85% positive client review rate to keep their account status. If a PSP rate falls below acceptable levels, we perform an audit to understand how best to help you succeed and resolve any issues.
Consulting Firms
Business Check (W9): All consulting firms are required to provide us with a W9, which is kept on file and requires renewal each year.
Executive Summary or Capability Statement: All agencies are required to provide us with an Executive Summary or Capability Statement. This information will provide us with a snapshot of your company and we recommend use in company profile so potential customers can see your company's expertise.
Past Performance Reference (PPR) Check: Agencies are required to provide GovPros with a minimum of 3 recent PPRs. Our Agency validation team conducts a check on each reference provided to ensure the industry experience for the services are valid and relevant to service offerings. We recommend use in profile so potential customers can make faster purchase decision.
